Personal AI Scheduler for Meeting Coordination

Automate your meeting scheduling process with our AI Scheduler Agent. It handles back-and-forth emails, proposes time slots, sends calendar invites, and reschedules as needed.

Step 1: Clone the Agent Template

Click on the top right corner to open the info modal. Within it, clone the agent. You can access the agent here.

Step 2: Go to Agent Settings

Navigate to the Agent Settings to customize your scheduler agent according to your needs.

Step 3: Edit 'Information' Section

Edit the 'Information' section in the system message to tailor the responses of your scheduler agent.

Step 4: Integrate Your Calendar and Email

Connect your personal calendar and the email account you want the agent to use. This enables the agent to access your availability and send invites.

Step 5: CC the Agent in Emails

Simply CC the scheduler agent in your email when coordinating meetings. The agent will take care of proposing times, sending invites, and managing reschedules.
