Step 3: Set Agent Visibility and Customize Widget

Set your agent's visibility to unlisted to ensure it works within the widget. Additionally, customize the color of your chat widget to match your brand's theme.

Step 4: Use the Chat Widget Script

After configuring your agent, click the 'Share this AI' button to copy the script for your chat widget. Integrate it into your codebase or provider and your chat widget with the agent will appear there!

Step 5: Set Up Human Escalation (Optional)

Configure your agent to recognize complex queries and request user contact information for human follow-up. Set up notifications to your preferred channel (e.g., Slack) for these escalated issues.
